How can we help?
Is the simulator real gambling?
No. The slot, roulette, and scratch-card simulators use virtual credits with no monetary value. You cannot deposit money, buy credits, win money, or cash out. It exists only to help you ride out an urge safely, with reality checks that show what the same session would have cost at a real casino.
Why won't the simulator open?
The simulator unlocks after you complete your daily habits. This is by design — it turns the game into a reward for staying on track, rather than something you reach for first. Finish today's habits on the Today tab and it will open.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the paywall (Settings → Get Premium) and tap “Restore Purchase”. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they carry across your devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Slotics World, then cancel. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
How do I turn on the Face ID lock?
Go to Settings → Security and enable “Require Face ID”. The app will then ask for Face ID each time you open it, keeping your journal private.
What does the app do with Apple Health?
Only what you allow. With permission, it saves your breathing and calm-down sessions to Health as Mindful Minutes and reads those minutes back to show progress. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can change the permission anytime in the Health app.
Does my data sync across devices?
With Premium, you can enable iCloud sync so your habits, logs, and mood entries follow you through your own iCloud account. We never see this data. Without Premium, your data stays on the device where you entered it.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Reset All Data. This clears your habits, logs, journal, and settings on the device. Deleting the app also removes its on-device data.
Is there an Apple Watch app?
Yes. The Watch app shows your gambling-free day count, lets you check off habits, offers a quick breathing exercise, and gives you an urge button on your wrist.
