1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Slotics World (“Slotics World”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Slotics World iPhone and Apple Watch app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App is

Slotics World is a self-help tool that combines habit tracking, a mood journal, educational content, and a money-free slot simulator to support people who want to reduce or stop gambling. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. No real-money gambling

Any virtual balances exist solely to recreate the experience of a slot machine so you can manage an urge safely, and to power reality-check features. Virtual credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

4. Not medical or professional advice

Slotics World is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Content in the App is for general information only. If gambling is harming you or someone you know, please seek help from a qualified professional or a problem-gambling support service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers optional Premium features through in-app purchases, which may include auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase, sold and processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

• Prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
• Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's Media Services terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

You can restore previous purchases from within the App using “Restore Purchase”.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with it, use it unlawfully, or circumvent its security features. The App is provided for your own personal recovery and wellbeing.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Slotics World or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. Your journal entries and personal data remain yours.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular outcome. Results depend on many personal factors and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slotics World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the provider's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
